The Honda Civic debuted all the way back in 1972. It started as a small two door car. A few months later they came out with a 3 door model.

The history of the Honda Civic is divided into 8 generations. The eighth generation of Honda Civics began in 2006. In 2006 Honda made two distinct civics. One was for North America and the other was designed for Europe.

If you like the Honda Civic you have a few choices. You can buy a Civic Sedan or a Civic Coupe. If you buy a coupe or sedan you can get the SI version.

If you are environmentally coconscious you should buy a Civic Hybrid. The Honda Civic can get up to 45 MPG on the highway. The Civic GX NGV runs on natural gas. This car gives of almost no emissions!
